Returns & Exchanges

In order to provide you with carefree online shopping experience, if something is not right, let us know for return or exchange within 30 calendar days of its receipt by sending us an email.

Returns & Refunds

  • Eligible returns: Unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered items with original packaging intact may be returned for a refund of the purchase price (excluding original shipping and other fees) within 30 days of receipt.
  • Final sale items: No returns or refunds on sale, promotional, clearance, gift items, or items redeemed with gift cards/vouchers.
  • Return condition: Items must arrive in original condition. Used, worn, washed, altered, or damaged items will not be refunded and may be disposed of.
  • Return shipping: Customer pays return shipping costs. Keep proof of postage. If you want non-qualified items sent back, you will be charged return shipping; otherwise, they will be disposed of.

Defective, Missing, or Incorrect Items

  • Report quality issues, missing items, or wrong items within 7 days of receipt by sending us an email (include order number, product name, and photos if requested).
  • We cover return shipping only for verified faulty or incorrectly sent items. Refunds issued to original payment method.

Refund Process

  • Once we receive and approve the return, refunds are processed within 14 working days and may take an additional 14–30 working days to appear in your account (depending on your payment provider).
  • Refunds go only to the original payment method. Contact your bank/provider if you no longer have access.

Exchanges

  • Eligible exchanges: Unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered items with original packaging intact may be exchanged within 30 days of receipt. Exchanges are for the same item in a different size or color only (subject to stock availability).
  • Final sale items: No exchanges on sale, promotional, clearance, gift items, or items redeemed with gift cards/vouchers.
  • Exchange condition: Items must arrive in original condition. Used, worn, washed, altered, or damaged items will not be exchanged and may be disposed of.
  • Shipping for non-qualified exchanges: If you want non-eligible items returned to you, return shipping costs will be charged; otherwise, items will be disposed of.
